| 模型表型数据 | SGL-1和SCARB2蛋白均为EV71侵染人细胞的受体，在原本对EV71不敏感的细胞系中分别表达这两种蛋白，均可以赋予细胞系对EV71侵染敏感的特性。将C57BL/6J-TgN(CMV-PSGL-1)ZLFILAS和C57BL/6J-TgN(CMV-SCARB2)ZLFILAS两种品系杂交获得，经Western blotting检测，发现在小鼠的骨骼肌和神经组织中，两种目的蛋白均能表达。 |
