模型表型数据

CD47基因敲除纯合小鼠是可存活的,可育的,并且没有明显的表型异常。 纯合突变小鼠显示出正常的血液计数,除了外周淋巴细胞的CD3 +分数降低外。 杂合小鼠中整联蛋白相关蛋白(IAP; CD47)的表达约为野生型的40%。 腹腔注射强力大肠杆菌会杀死该小鼠,表明宿主防御途径存在缺陷。

动物模型的评价与验证

此突变小鼠品系可能用于多形核白细胞(PMN)迁移到感染部位以及该部位激活缺陷的继发性反应的研究。
