模型表型数据 | MKPS是一种双重底物特异性的蛋白磷酸酶,能使MAPK上的苏氨酸/酪氨酸去磷酸化,其基因中具有编码-HCXAGXXR(S/T)G-的核苷酸序列。MKP-1是第一个克隆的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶磷酸酯酶, 识别TEY、TPY和TGY 等氨基酸残基构成的磷酸化位点,最初的研究证实它是细胞G0/G1转化的生长因子。最新的研究证实MKP-1可以抑制细胞凋亡,是一种应激蛋白,在应激反应中可以抑制ERK、JNK和P38的活性。 |
